La Nuit de Bohème

So I ran out of Vivienne Westwood’s Boudoir last weekend.

This was very sad news to me because it is one of my favorite perfumes to have around, but it also kind of opened up a new slot in my shelf – only kind of because there is no way I am going to live without Boudoir from now on!

I have been wanting to pick up one of the perfumes by Anna Sui for ages, but could never decide which one to get because there are so many nice ones! And don’t get me started on the flacons, most of them are little pieces of art by themselves.
But this time, I knew straight ahead which one I was going to get. La Nuit de Bohème was just release in Japan in early September, and the beautifully compositioned scent of citrus, apple, lotusflower and roses has been laying over any Anna Sui shop I came across, and I liked it a lot, and hadn’t even seen the luxurious, all-gold flacon yet!

In my opinion, it is a wonderfully fit scent for the coming autumn and winter nights, and one could probably spray on a little of it on a daily basis, but since La Nuit de Bohème has rather heavy base for a perfume, just a little will be enough.
