Valentine’s Day in Japan is all about Chocolate!
So naturally, I LOVE it! Even though it’s basically a baking fest for girls with mostly girls giving to everybody around them, I’m very lucky to have a boyfriend who loves to share.
I love baking and making food in general, but as much as I love it, I like Illustrator just a little more. Before I had even planned what I wanted to make, I had outlined how I wanted to wrap and decorate my treats this year. I did this for Christmas last year too, and once Christmas was over I thought it would have been nice to share my print sheets on here… I was too late…
But for Valentine I am all on time and present you with a template to download, cut out and use for your Valentine decorations yourself!
Click further for the download and some wrapping ideas!
The small parts can be used on toothpicks to decorate cupcakes or just to enhance a simple plate!
Chocolate Chip Marble Muffins and Gateau au Chocolat Cake
The set also includes Bag Topper to close 10~13cm wide treat bags.
Chocolate Ganache Tarts with roasted Nuts
To give away your sweets to someone special the little bag toppers are just perfect. I thought it would be cute to write the name of the person on the heart in the top right corner!
All Sweets – DIY Valentine’s Sweets by MUJI
This is the print sheet!
Okay, actually it isn’t – this was my test sheet, but the one you download will look similar!
You only need to open the PDF Data and print it on A4 paper. It has 4 Bag Topper, 5 I LOVE YOU Hearts, 6 Happy Valentine Banners and 4 sets of little Hearts with ’15/02/14 on it.
The only hard part is, that for the Bag Toppers, you need to cut the part of the Heart that is above the Black line, so it will stand up once you fold the Topper! The rest should be super easy!
If you use this template, please let me know! I would love to see your Valentine’s Day treats!
