Sretsis Fall/Winter 2015

I was lucky enough to be invited to Sretsis’ Fall/Winter runway show, which also was the first show of Monday, officially opening Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Tokyo. Super realtime, as I’m having a little time until my next appointment of the day.

Sretsis is a brand that stands for dreamy and feminine shapes, sometimes with an humorous edge. For Fall and Winter Sretsis invited us into their mythical labyrinth – in this case a dark and mysterious field of flowers. The atmosphere spoke of fairy tale, and this was exactly what was awaiting us!

Lots of flower power, romantic and flowing shapes, detailed embroidery mixed with a bit of bohemian country chic.

The only thing I would criticise is maybe the runway setup… it was a side runway, so there was a big stage right in front of the seating area, which made it quite a bit hard to see and actually concentrate on the designs…

But nevertheless, it was a beautiful concept and set up. Read further for some of my favorites ♥

Your photos look wonderful ! ^~^ I love the concept of the labyrinth, it reminded me of that old 80’s movie with David Bowie and all the floral/forest elements.

oh myyy!!! that’s SO funny you say that!! ‘David Bowie?’ was exactly what I thought about SS15 collection with all the flash motives and glitter and musical motives!! I guess it’s a recurring theme
